- Please note the date has changed to 7th July. Bronze and above will only dance Latin; don't forget that you can take the Queen's Diamond Jubilee Award alongside your regular medal as a commemoration of this very special year!
Medal presentation is on Saturday 14th July in The Crystal Ballroom
Traditionally The Stardust Dance Centre has used the United Kingdom Alliance for its dance examinations, due to the high level of Medals and Awards that they offer. Dance exams are taken twice a year in spring and autumn. All children attending class are encouraged to take dance exams. Not only is it a way to improve but it gives you a feeling of achievement and growing confidence.
If you have taken a Medal this entitles you to compete in the Medallist competitions throughout the year. You do not need a partner for these competitions as you will be allocated a partner to dance with. Competitions are divided into age groups and medal divisions and are open to all pupils from children to adults.
